The year was 2000 : the place - Forbidden Planet

I didn't so much meet Bruce as stand in front of him in a state of shock nervously clutching an 8x10 and a copy of Frontier Earth. His first words to me : "Thank God, a short name..." (I was near the end of a very long queue). His last : "You're welcome". The time in between is a mystery. Well, he had to go and smile THAT smile, and my senses left the room. Next time, I'll take my cue from Bruce and act like a human being. Now that I've discovered I'm not the only crazy person out there maybe next time I'll have a Grapeviner or two for company in the queue!
